UPCOMING GRADUATION CEREMONY AT WINNEBA
All UEW and AAMUSTED (UEW K and UEW-M) graduands are kindly informed of the 2023 Graduation Ceremony to be held at the University of Education, Winneba, for the First Session of the 28th Congregation, from Monday, January 22, 2024, to Saturday, January 27, 2024.
Graduands from AAMUSTED (UEW-M and UEW-K) would be presented on Monday, January 22, 2024. All Graduands who attends the ceremony will receive their Certificates and Transcripts. Collection of Certificate and Transcript All UEW Graduands
Note: Graduands who are unable to attend the ceremony in Winneba, could however go to their respective campuses (i.e Mampong and Kumasi) to pick their certificates on 29th January, 2024 onwards as scheduled in the table attached. Collection of Certificate and Transcript All UEW Graduands
REQUIREMENT TO RECEIVE RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE and TRASCRIPTS
Please graduands shall be:
• Required to clear themselves at the Directorate of Finance before their certificates are issued to them (if that has not been done). Collection of Certificate and Transcript All UEW Graduands
• Expected to come along with their clearance forms, Student Identification Cards or any valid National Photo Identification.
Provided with Academic Gowns for interested students to take photographs.

Graduation Registration for All Campuses and Faculties-UEW Class of 2023
Graduates of the class of 2023 are informed that registration for the ceremony has commenced. Note that certificate distribution is set to begin on Monday, January 22, and run through Saturday, January 27, 2024, starting at 9 a.m. each day.

In response to the notification that a graduation ceremony will take place on the website of the University of Education, Winneba, “The management is pleased to publish the list of students who have successfully fulfilled all graduation requirements and will be given their degrees between the 22nd and 27th of January, 2024”.
